"Meet & Greet – Safe Conduct" Service

Book a London Black Cab Online or phone +44 (0)203 00 44 953

Our “Meet & Greet – Safe Conduct” Cab Service

When you book your loved one to travel by themselves, we know that you want to make sure that they are safe and have an enjoyable trip. We offer a specialty “Meet & Greet – Safe Conduct” service for just that reason.

Our specialty “Meet & Greet – Safe Conduct” service ensures the safety of your loved one who needs to travel by cab. This service is perfect for anyone who needs a little extra TLC when traveling:

  • Children traveling alone (unaccompanied minor)
  • Teenagers
  • Young adults
  • Elderly
  • Disabled
  • Anyone unfamiliar with London
  • Anyone traveling for the first time

How It Works

When you book one of our licensed London black cabs, we will provide you with the driver’s name, mobile (cell) phone number, and the cab’s vehicle registration number (license plate number). We will also give the driver your loved one’s mobile phone number, so that they can communicate and easily find each other. (If your loved one is not carrying a mobile phone, we will keep in contact with you from our central office.)

If we are picking up your loved one from an airport, we continually check the flight arrival details in order to calculate the exact arrival time. We can also pickup from a rail station, hotel, school or university, private residence, or anywhere else you designate.

sign-board

We will meet your loved one at a pre-arranged location (such as the aiport’s Arrivals Hall or rail station’s meeting point) with their name clearly written on a name board.  For extra security, you can give us a “password” (which we will advise our driver of) so that your loved one or the accompanying airline attendant will be assured that the correct driver & cab service is doing the pickup.

loading-luggage

We will then escort them to their cab, helping with any luggage, and safely and efficiently deliver them to their destination.

Our “First Class” Mercedes Vito Service

You may be interested in our “First Class” Mercedes Vito Service. Our Mercedes Vito cabs are perfect for larger groups as they can accomodate 6 passengers plus luggage. Our Mercedes Vito cabs operate under the same tariff as our standard London Black cabs.

Here is what some recent customers had to say:

THANK YOU, for taking care of our daughter. (You picked up our daughter on July first and took her to her dorm.)

You provided excellent service. She was extremly tired and we feel bad that she forgot to give her driver a tip for helping her with her bags. Is there some place that we could mail or give him his tip?

Thanks again for everything, you guys are great.

Mr. & Mrs. J. (from Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A.)

Hello Mike,

Thank you for getting our daughter safely from Heathrow to her school at St. Alban’s Grove.

Thanks again,
Mrs. M.
